The ADQ-Alexandria Container and Cargo Handling Co SAE deal and the 4DX Ventures; Avenir Growth Capital; Binny Bansal; Jam Fund; Quona Capital Management, Ltd.; Sujeet Kumar; Tiger Global Management LLC; VNV Global AB-Sokowatch Inc. deal were valued at $168.0 million and $125.0 million, respectively. The fourth-largest deal was between AIIF4 Fund; IDEAS Fund-The Logistics Group Proprietary Limited valued at $109.4 million, whereas the deal between Cambridge Capital Group LLC; GLP Ventures; Insight Partners; Next47 Inc.; Pereg Ventures LLC; Salesforce Ventures; Shmuel Harlap; Viola Growth-Bringg Delivery Technologies Ltd valued at $100.0 million was the fifth-largest deal.
Cumulatively, the top five deals amounted to $691.4 million and accounted for nearly 73.90% of the total deals (by value) announced during the last twelve months. The Middle East and Africa region accounted for 0.73% of the total Private Equity/Venture Financing deals done globally, and accounted for 2.09% of the total deal size on a global scale.
