The Canada Pension Plan Investment Board-Ports America Inc deal and the BentallGreenOak (U.S.) GP LLC; CenterSquare Investment Management, Inc.; Cohen & Steers Inc; D1 Capital LP; New York State Teachers' Retirement System; OP Trust; Oxford Properties Group; QuadReal Property Group; Rabobank Canada; StepStone Group LP; The Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan (HOOPP)-Lineage Logistics Holdings LLC deal were valued at $6,000.0 million and $1,700.0 million, respectively. The fourth-largest deal was between SoftBank Vision Fund LP-GM Cruise LLC valued at $1,350.0 million, whereas the deal between The Jordan Company LP-Echo Global Logistics Inc valued at $1,300.0 million was the fifth-largest deal.
Cumulatively, the top five deals amounted to $20,864.4 million and accounted for nearly 83.88% of the total deals (by value) announced during the last twelve months.
