The number of active Technology related job postings driven by Technology in the Travel & Tourism (Passenger Transportation) sector of the Europe region decreased by 10.93% MoM, and decreased by 9.25% since October 2023, reaching 5,128 active job postings in January 2024.
A total of 883 new Technology related jobs were posted in January 2024, witnessing a decrease of 13.18% as compared to the previous month. On the other hand, 1,512 Technology related jobs were closed in the same month implying that companies took out 37.83% more jobs than the month earlier. For the period from October 2023 to January 2024, the number of new Technology related jobs posted decreased by 23.94% and the number of Technology related jobs closed increased by 37.58%.
In terms of Compound Monthly Growth Rate (CMGR) between October 2023 and January 2024, the number of new Technology related jobs posted observed a negative growth rate of 8.72%, the number of active Technology related job postings observed a negative growth rate of 3.19% and the number of Technology related jobs closed observed a growth rate of 11.22%. Between October 2023 and January 2024, the average number of Technology related jobs posted stood at 1,119, the average number of Technology related jobs closed stood at 1,234 and the average number of active Technology related jobs stood at 5,593.
