About this Webinar
Over the next 10 years, up to $8.6 trillion in assets will be transferred to younger generations. It will be history’s biggest-ever transfer of wealth and power as the so-called ‘boomers’ retire and die, and the younger cohorts take over with very different experiences, assumptions, habits, and values. Gen Z is among the key beneficiaries of this wealth. The TikTok generation may be coming of age at a tumultuous time, but as its sphere of influence increases, it is set to disrupt every industry.
This webinar by GlobalData’s Thematic Intelligence team will looks at key trends impacting Gen Z, such as quiet quitting, ESG-conscious spending, influencer culture, social activism, loneliness, mental health, and more. The webinar will also specifically focus on how Gen Z impacts businesses—both employees and consumers—in the tech, media, and telecom (TMT) sector.
The webinar will cover the following points:
• What is the current global distribution of Gen Z?
• How much wealth is the generation set to inherit over the next 10 years?
• What are the key trends impacting Gen Z in China, India, and the US?
• What are Gen Z’s shared characteristics as digital natives raised on the internet and social media?
• How is Gen Z interacting with and influencing technology at home, in the workplace, and for entertainment?
