Jeremiah Caron
Jeremiah Caron brings more than 25 years of experience to the technology group of GlobalData as a market watcher and influential voice in the telecommunications and information technology industries. As Head of Research & Analysis, Jeremiah is responsible for overall management and content direction for the company’s portfolio of telecom and IT market intelligence, insight, and advisory services. Jeremiah is responsible for monitoring and evaluating activities in enterprise technology and software; network and IT services; consumer services, and service provider infrastructure markets, focusing on the strategies and product development work of service providers, technology suppliers and solution providers.
Jeremiah was previously Current Analysis Research Director, IT Infrastructure, and originally joined the company in 2003 to provide coverage of the European enterprise communications market. Before joining Current Analysis, which was acquired by GlobalData in 2014, Jeremiah was Publisher of CMP Media's tele.com, a business magazine for telecom and Internet service provider executives.
Joel Cooper
Joel Cooper has 22 years’ TMT strategy and marketing experience and manages GlobalData’s telecom market data and intelligence practice. He is also responsible for managing consultancy engagements, developing client relationships, and providing thought leadership on growth opportunities. Prior to joining GlobalData Joel worked for 7 years at Orange in several strategies and strategic marketing roles. Joel has an MBA with distinction from Warwick Business School.
John Byrne
John Byrne is Service Director for the GlobalData Telecom Technology & Software service. John and his analyst team monitor and evaluate activities in the markets for a wide range of service provider infrastructures, services, and ecosystems. His areas of focus include analyzing software platforms and services and their role in drving operating efficiencies and new revenue opportunities. He has over 20 years as a technology analyst with considerable experience identifying new market trends and business opportunities and assisting clients on market positioning and product/strategy development.
Rena Bhattacharyya
Rena brings over 20 years of experience to her role as Service Director for Enterprise Technology and Services, including seven years with GlobalData. She covers analytics solutions, as well as Systems Integrator strategies and enterprise communications. Her expertise encompasses artificial intelligence, cloud-based AI platforms, systems integration and IT services, digital transformation, and business networking.
Prior to joining GlobalData, Rena was a Senior Advisor on the Market Development and Insights team at IBM, supporting Integrated Technology Services. She managed market intelligence engagements for the North American team that included primary research, customer analytics, opportunity analysis, competitive intelligence, and win loss review. Previously, Rena spent ten years as a Research Manager at IDC, covering enterprise telecommunications. She was responsible for network services such as WAN, Ethernet, and wavelength services.
Rena received her M.S. in Foreign Service from Georgetown University and has a B.A. in International Relations and Economics from Colgate University. She is based in Washington, D.C.
Emma Mohr-McClune
With over 20 years experience in her field, Emma leads the Consumer Services, Platforms and Devices team, portfolio and practice within GlobalData. Her team's research focus spans everything from the evolution of B2C carrier and OTT partnership strategy, to go-to-market competitive intelligence and loyalty best practice. Additionally, Emma leads the company's Innovation IMPACT service, as well as the GlobalData Pricing and Promotions portfolio and team.
