With over 20 years' experience in her field, Emma leads the Consumer Services, Platforms and Devices team, portfolio and practice within GlobalData. Her team's research focus spans everything from the evolution of B2C carrier and OTT strategy, to go-to-market competitive intelligence and best practice. Additionally, Emma leads the company's Innovation IMPACT service, and the Pricing & Promotions practice.
Rena Bhattacharyya
Rena brings over 20 years of experience to her role as Service Director for Enterprise Technology and Services, including seven years with GlobalData. She covers analytics solutions, as well as Systems Integrator strategies and enterprise communications. Her expertise encompasses artificial intelligence, cloud-based AI platforms, systems integration and IT services, digital transformation, and business networking.
Emir Halilovic
Emir is a Research Director on the Telecom Technology & Software team. His focus at GlobalData is on optical transport layer products and technology including WDM, OTN switching, OADMs, Packet Optical Networking, and converged IP/Optical platforms, and fixed access technologies, including FTTP and cable broadband platforms. He has a particular interest in how deep changes in service provider networks, like 5G, NFV and software-defined networking, affect the evolution of transport and fixed access products and technologies.
