The number of active Cloud related job postings driven by Cloud in the Automotive sector of the North America region decreased by 6.5% MoM, and decreased by 8.81% since October 2023, reaching 1,222 active job postings in January 2024.
A total of 348 new Cloud related jobs were posted in January 2024, witnessing an increase of 31.82% as compared to the previous month. On the other hand, 433 Cloud related jobs were closed in the same month implying that companies took out 37.9% more jobs than the month earlier. For the period from October 2023 to January 2024, the number of new Cloud related jobs posted decreased by 24.02% and the number of Cloud related jobs closed decreased by 11.27%.
In terms of Compound Monthly Growth Rate (CMGR) between October 2023 and January 2024, the number of new Cloud related jobs posted observed a negative growth rate of 8.75%, the number of active Cloud related job postings observed a negative growth rate of 3.03% and the number of Cloud related jobs closed observed a negative growth rate of 3.91%. Between October 2023 and January 2024, the average number of Cloud related jobs posted stood at 364, the average number of Cloud related jobs closed stood at 401 and the average number of active Cloud related jobs stood at 1,306.
