Coca-Cola leads the global soft drinks industry in 2020 

Coca-Cola was the leading company in the global soft drinks market (by value) in 2020, with around 300 brands under its trademark. The Coca-Cola brand was the biggest contributor to the company’s global soft drinks sales. Sprite, Fanta, Minute Maid, and Dasani are some of the other major soft drinks brands offered under the trademark of Coca-Cola.

PepsiCo ranked second in the global soft drinks industry 

PepsiCo was the second largest company in the global soft drinks market in 2020. Pepsi-Cola, Mountain Dew, Gatorade, 7-Up, and Aquafina were among some of the key brands tending the global soft drinks needs under PepsiCo, with a bigger chunk of the soft drinks items sale (by value) coming from its flagship brand Pepsi-Cola.

The other leading market positions in the global soft drinks market were held by Nestle and Keurig Dr Pepper.

Nestle and Keurig Dr Pepper were some of the other prominent companies in the global soft drinks market, owning brands such as Poland Spring, Nestle Pure Life, and Dr Pepper.
