The fourth-largest deal was between 166 2nd LLC; D1 Capital LP; Endeavor Catalyst; Goldman Sachs Asset Management International Holdings L.L.C.; Greyhound Capital Europe LLP; Isaac Lee Possin; Jacqueline Reses; Monashees Capital; Ribbit Capital, L.P.; SoftBank Latin America Fund; Soros Fund Management LLC; Tencent Corp.-Bancar Tecnologia SAU valued at $350.0 million, whereas the deal between SoftBank Latin America Fund; Viking Global Investors LP-PayClip, Inc. valued at $250.0 million was the fifth-largest deal.
Cumulatively, the top five deals amounted to $2,921.67 million and accounted for nearly 47.06% of the total deals (by value) announced during the last twelve months. By region, Europe accounted for 56.80% of the total Private Equity/Venture Financing deals done globally, and recorded a total deal value of $3,526.4 million, which accounted for 28.89% of the total deal size on a global scale.
