The second-largest deal was between Alta Park Capital; Andreessen Horowitz LLC; Baillie Gifford Life Ltd; BlackRock LLC; BNY Mellon funds; ClearBridge Investments, LLC; Coatue Management LLC; Counterpoint Global; Discovery Capital Corporation; Dragoneer Investment Group LLC; Fidelity Investments Inc; Franklin Resources Inc; Gaingels, LLC; General Insurance Corporation of India; Geodesic Capital; Green Bay Ventures; Greenoaks Partners; Insight Partners; New Enterprise Associates; Octahedron Capital Management L.P.; T. Rowe Price Services, Inc.; The House Fund; Tiger Global Management LLC; UC Investments; Whale Rock Capital Management LLC and Databricks Inc, while the third-largest deal was between Silver Lake Management LLC and Integrity Marketing Group, LLC. The fourth-largest deal was between Capital One Growth Ventures; Eight Roads Ventures; Snowflake Ventures; Verizon Ventures LLC; Vista Equity Partners Management LLC; Volition Capital LLC; Wipro Ventures-Securonix Inc valued at $1,000.0 million, whereas the deal between Silver Lake Partners, L.P.-Carta Inc valued at $500.0 million was the fifth-largest deal.
Cumulatively, the top five deals amounted to $7,004.7 million and accounted for nearly 53.18% of the total deals (by value) announced during the last twelve months. The North America region accounted for 67.43% of the total Private Equity/Venture Financing deals done globally, and accounted for 43.13% of the total deal size on a global scale.
