The number of active Technology related job postings in the Financial Services sector of Peru decreased by 33.07% MoM, and decreased by 42.67% since October 2023, reaching 172 active job postings in January 2024
A total of 139 new Technology related jobs were posted in January 2024, witnessing a decrease of 19.19% as compared to the previous month. On the other hand, 224 Technology related jobs were closed in the same month implying that companies took out 31.76% more jobs than the month earlier. For the period from October 2023 to January 2024, the number of new Technology related jobs posted decreased by 51.06% and the number of Technology related jobs closed increased by 17.28%.
In terms of Compound Monthly Growth Rate (CMGR) between October 2023 and January 2024, the number of new Technology related jobs posted observed a negative growth rate of 21.19%, the number of active Technology related job postings observed a negative growth rate of 16.93% and the number of Technology related jobs closed observed a growth rate of 5.46%. Between October 2023 and January 2024, the average number of Technology related jobs posted stood at 190, number of Technology related jobs closed stood at 199 and number of active Technology related jobs stood at 246.
