The number of active Technology related job postings in the Financial Services sector of Romania decreased by 41.31% MoM, and decreased by 50.78% since October 2023, reaching 476 active job postings in January 2024
A total of 154 new Technology related jobs were posted in January 2024, witnessing a decrease of 5.52% as compared to the previous month. On the other hand, 489 Technology related jobs were closed in the same month implying that companies took out 101.23% more jobs than the month earlier. For the period from October 2023 to January 2024, the number of new Technology related jobs posted decreased by 50.64% and the number of Technology related jobs closed increased by 45.1%.
In terms of Compound Monthly Growth Rate (CMGR) between October 2023 and January 2024, the number of new Technology related jobs posted observed a negative growth rate of 20.97%, the number of active Technology related job postings observed a negative growth rate of 21.04% and the number of Technology related jobs closed observed a growth rate of 13.21%. Between October 2023 and January 2024, the average number of Technology related jobs posted stood at 221, number of Technology related jobs closed stood at 350 and number of active Technology related jobs stood at 786.
