The second-largest deal was between Primavera Capital Group and Envision Energy Ltd, while the third-largest deal was between AVIC Capital Industry Investment Co Ltd; AviChina Industry & Technology Co Ltd and AVIC Jonhon Optronic Technology Co Ltd. The Primavera Capital Group-Envision Energy Ltd deal and the AVIC Capital Industry Investment Co Ltd; AviChina Industry & Technology Co Ltd-AVIC Jonhon Optronic Technology Co Ltd deal were valued at $600.0 million and $524.2 million, respectively. The fourth-largest deal was between EQT Partners AB; GIC Pte Ltd; MBK Partners Ltd; Meritz Securities Co Ltd-ADT Caps Co Ltd valued at $336.0 million, whereas the deal between Jinko Solar Co Ltd-Sichuan Yongxiang Energy Technology Co., Ltd. valued at $70.3 million was the fifth-largest deal.
Cumulatively, the top five deals amounted to $2,794.8 million and accounted for nearly 34.88% of the total deals (by value) announced during the last twelve months. The Asia-Pacific region accounted for 29.94% of the total Equity Offering deals done globally, and accounted for 1.78% of the total deal size on a global scale.
