The fourth-largest deal was between EQT Partners AB; GIC Pte Ltd; MBK Partners Ltd; Meritz Securities Co Ltd-ADT Caps Co Ltd valued at $336.0 million, whereas the deal between Acciona SA-Nordex SE valued at $146.9 million was the fifth-largest deal.
Cumulatively, the top five deals amounted to $2,871.4 million and accounted for nearly 12.65% of the total deals (by value) announced during the last twelve months. By region, North America accounted for 35.97% of the total Equity Offering deals done globally, and recorded a total deal value of $9,626.4 million, which accounted for 27.22% of the total deal size on a global scale.
