On the other hand, the month of March 2022 was the most prolific in terms of deal volume, recording a total of 300 deals, resulting in an average deal value of $28.2 million during that month.
Of the 3,053 deals, the deal secured between Thoma Bravo LP and SailPoint Technologies Holdings Inc, was the world's largest Private Equity/Venture Financing deal driven by Artificial Intelligence, which was valued at $6,900.0 million and was completed on April 11, 2022.
