The second-largest deal was between Brookfield Business Partners LP; Evergreen Coast Capital and Nielsen Holdings plc, while the third-largest deal was between Global Infrastructure Partners LLC; KKR & Co Inc; KKR Financial Holdings LLC and CyrusOne Inc. The Brookfield Business Partners LP; Evergreen Coast Capital-Nielsen Holdings plc deal and the Global Infrastructure Partners LLC; KKR & Co Inc; KKR Financial Holdings LLC-CyrusOne Inc deal were valued at $16,000.0 million and $15,000.0 million, respectively. The fourth-largest deal was between DigitalBridge Group Inc; IFM Investors Pty Ltd-Switch Inc valued at $11,000.0 million, whereas the deal between Blackstone Inc; Blackstone Infrastructure Partners, L.P.; Blackstone Real Estate Income Trust, Inc.-QTS Realty Trust Inc valued at $10,000.0 million was the fifth-largest deal.
Cumulatively, the top five deals amounted to $73,500.0 million and accounted for nearly 49.71% of the total deals (by value) announced during the last twelve months. By region, North America accounted for 87.45% of the total Private Equity/Venture Financing deals done globally, and recorded a total deal value of $129,334.9 million, which accounted for 53.65% of the total deal size on a global scale.
