The second-largest deal was between BlackRock Inc; Sumeru Ventures; Vitruvian Partners LLC and Think and Learn Pvt Ltd, while the third-largest deal was between B Capital Group Management, L.P.; Fidelity Management & Research Company; Footpath Ventures; Meta Platforms Inc; Prosus Ventures; SoftBank Vision Fund 2; Trifecta Capital and Fashnear Technologies Pvt Ltd. The BlackRock Inc; Sumeru Ventures; Vitruvian Partners LLC-Think and Learn Pvt Ltd deal and the B Capital Group Management, L.P.; Fidelity Management & Research Company; Footpath Ventures; Meta Platforms Inc; Prosus Ventures; SoftBank Vision Fund 2; Trifecta Capital-Fashnear Technologies Pvt Ltd deal were valued at $800.0 million and $570.0 million, respectively. The fourth-largest deal was between Accel; Alameda Research; Alan Howard; Animoca Brands Ltd ; B Capital Group Management, L.P.; Baillie Gifford & Co; Bitfinex Ltd; Blue Pool Capital; Carlyle Asia Partners Growth II; CoinFund LLC; Dragonfly Capital Partners; Dune Ventures; Elevation Capital (India); Finality Capital; Galaxy Interactive; Ghaf Capital; Kevin O’Leary; Makers Fund; Qatar Investment Authority; Republic Capital Group; Sangha Capital; Scopely Inc; Sequoia Capital India; Seven Seven Six venture fund; Siguler Guff & Company, LP; Sino Global Capital; Sofina Group; SoftBank Vision Fund 2; Sorting Hat Technologies Pvt Ltd; Sound Ventures; Spartan Group; Standard Crypto; Steadview Capital; Third Point LLC; Tiger Global Management LLC; Transcend Fund; Union Square Ventures; Variant Fund; Voodoo SAS; Work Play Ventures-Polygon Technology; Verse Innovation Pvt Ltd valued at $450.0 million, whereas the deal between Deepinder Goyal; General Atlantic LLC; Mirae Asset Global Investments Co Ltd; Ritesh Agarwal; SoftBank Vision Fund II; Temasek Holdings (Private) Ltd; Tiger Global Management LLC-Sorting Hat Technologies Pvt Ltd valued at $440.0 million was the fifth-largest deal.
