The Digital 9 Infrastructure Plc-Verne Global LLC deal and the ABN AMRO Ventures; AlbionVC; British Patient Capital Ltd; Dawn Capital LLP; Evolution Equity Partners; HSBC Holdings Plc; Warburg Pincus LLC-Quantexa deal were valued at $320.1 million and $153.0 million, respectively. The fourth-largest deal was between Battery Ventures LP; General Atlantic LLC; Lightspeed Venture Partners - US; Sapphire Ventures LLC; Scale Venture Partners-Matillion Ltd valued at $150.0 million, whereas the deal between SoftBank Vision Fund 2-ContractPod Technologies Ltd valued at $115.0 million was the fifth-largest deal.
Cumulatively, the top five deals amounted to $2,238.1 million and accounted for nearly 37.33% of the total deals (by value) announced during the last twelve months.
