The second-largest deal was between Chrysalis Investments Ltd and Tactus Group Limited, while the third-largest deal was between Angelus Sano Fund LP; Segulah Medical Acceleration; Waha Capital and Signifier Medical Technology Ltd. The Chrysalis Investments Ltd-Tactus Group Limited deal and the Angelus Sano Fund LP; Segulah Medical Acceleration; Waha Capital-Signifier Medical Technology Ltd deal were valued at $54.8 million and $49.0 million, respectively. The fourth-largest deal was between A/O Proptech; E2MC Ventures; Molten Ventures plc; National Science Foundation; Ridgeline Ventures; Seraphim Space Investment Trust PLC; Stellar Solutions Inc.-Satellite Vu valued at $20.7 million, whereas the deal between Deutsche Post AG; Ezyhaul Sdn. Bhd.-DigiHaul Limited valued at $20.0 million was the fifth-largest deal.
Cumulatively, the top five deals amounted to $284.5 million and accounted for nearly 60.15% of the total deals (by value) announced during the last twelve months.
