The number of active Cloud related job postings driven by Cloud in the Power sector of the Europe region decreased by 8.24% MoM, and decreased by 11.76% since October 2023, reaching 713 active job postings in January 2024.
A total of 199 new Cloud related jobs were posted in January 2024, witnessing an increase of 5.85% as compared to the previous month. On the other hand, 263 Cloud related jobs were closed in the same month implying that companies took out 22.9% more jobs than the month earlier. For the period from October 2023 to January 2024, the number of new Cloud related jobs posted increased by 6.42% and the number of Cloud related jobs closed decreased by 18.83%.
In terms of Compound Monthly Growth Rate (CMGR) between October 2023 and January 2024, the number of new Cloud related jobs posted observed a growth rate of 2.09%, the number of active Cloud related job postings observed a negative growth rate of 4.08% and the number of Cloud related jobs closed observed a negative growth rate of 6.72%. Between October 2023 and January 2024, the average number of Cloud related jobs posted stood at 198, the average number of Cloud related jobs closed stood at 256 and the average number of active Cloud related jobs stood at 775.
