The number of active Cloud related job postings driven by Cloud in the Alternative Energy sector of the North America region decreased by 2.42% MoM, and decreased by 21.79% since October 2023, reaching 323 active job postings in January 2024.
A total of 80 new Cloud related jobs were posted in January 2024, witnessing a decrease of 9.09% as compared to the previous month. On the other hand, 88 Cloud related jobs were closed in the same month implying that companies took out 34.33% fewer jobs than the month earlier. For the period from October 2023 to January 2024, the number of new Cloud related jobs posted decreased by 38.93% and the number of Cloud related jobs closed decreased by 28.46%.
In terms of Compound Monthly Growth Rate (CMGR) between October 2023 and January 2024, the number of new Cloud related jobs posted observed a negative growth rate of 15.16%, the number of active Cloud related job postings observed a negative growth rate of 7.87% and the number of Cloud related jobs closed observed a negative growth rate of 10.56%. Between October 2023 and January 2024, the average number of Cloud related jobs posted stood at 106, the average number of Cloud related jobs closed stood at 126 and the average number of active Cloud related jobs stood at 361.
