The number of active Technology related job postings driven by Technology in the Alternative Energy sector of the North America region decreased by 3.87% MoM, and decreased by 15.2% since October 2023, reaching 4,128 active job postings in January 2024.
A total of 1,028 new Technology related jobs were posted in January 2024, witnessing a decrease of 20.86% as compared to the previous month. On the other hand, 1,194 Technology related jobs were closed in the same month implying that companies took out 33.33% fewer jobs than the month earlier. For the period from October 2023 to January 2024, the number of new Technology related jobs posted decreased by 37.81% and the number of Technology related jobs closed decreased by 28.33%.
In terms of Compound Monthly Growth Rate (CMGR) between October 2023 and January 2024, the number of new Technology related jobs posted observed a negative growth rate of 14.64%, the number of active Technology related job postings observed a negative growth rate of 5.35% and the number of Technology related jobs closed observed a negative growth rate of 10.51%. Between October 2023 and January 2024, the average number of Technology related jobs posted stood at 1,410, the average number of Technology related jobs closed stood at 1,598 and the average number of active Technology related jobs stood at 4,519.
