India: Cybersecurity Related Job Trends in the Technology and Communications Sector (October 2023 - January 2024)

The number of active Cybersecurity related job postings in the Technology and Communications sector of India decreased by 17.41% MoM, and decreased by 15.21% since October 2023, reaching 5,123 active job postings in January 2024
A total of 1,708 new Cybersecurity related jobs were posted in January 2024, witnessing a decrease of 27.66% as compared to the previous month. On the other hand, 2,788 Cybersecurity related jobs were closed in the same month implying that companies took out 17.59% more jobs than the month earlier. For the period from October 2023 to January 2024, the number of new Cybersecurity related jobs posted decreased by 18.98% and the number of Cybersecurity related jobs closed increased by 62.28%.
