The second-largest deal was between Microsoft Corp and Activision Blizzard Inc, while the third-largest deal was between Oracle Corp and Cerner Corp. The Microsoft Corp-Activision Blizzard Inc deal and the Oracle Corp-Cerner Corp deal were valued at $68,700.0 million and $29,600.0 million, respectively. The fourth-largest deal was between Intercontinental Exchange Inc-Black Knight Inc valued at $16,000.0 million, whereas the deal between Take-Two Interactive Software Inc-Zynga Inc valued at $12,700.0 million was the fifth-largest deal.
Cumulatively, the top five deals amounted to $196,000.0 million and accounted for nearly 39.01% of the total deals (by value) announced during the last twelve months.
