The Entegris Inc-CMC Materials Inc deal and the TransUnion LLC-NeuStar Inc deal were valued at $5,700.0 million and $3,100.0 million, respectively. The fourth-largest deal was between CDW Corp-Sirius Computer Solutions Inc valued at $2,500.0 million, whereas the deal between Shopify Inc-Deliverr Inc valued at $2,100.0 million was the fifth-largest deal.
