At the executive level, representation of women globally increased to 33.3% by 0.6 percentage point over 2020.

In 2021, the representation of Asian American employees in the US PayPal workforce was 33%. Black & African American and Hispanic & Latinx employees represented 7.4% and 8.6% of the US workforce, respectively.
