The foodservice profit sector generated revenues of PHP918.4 billion ($15.9 billion) in 2025, recording a CAGR of 9.4% during 2020–25. Transaction and outlet counts registered CAGRs of 2.8% and 1.2%, respectively, during the review period.
QSR was the largest profit sector channel, accounting for a 52.1% share of total sales, followed by FSR with 16.6%.
The pub, club & bar channel recorded the highest CAGR during 2020–25, at 15.5%, supported by increased group drinking occasions among younger consumers, and operators expanding their food offerings and menus.
During 2025–30, the Philippines profit sector will register a value CAGR of 4.9%. The number of transactions will register a CAGR of 2%, and the number of outlets will post a CAGR of 0.9% in the forecast period of 2025–30.
