The second-largest deal was between Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan and Definity Financial Corporation, while the third-largest deal was between Moody's Corp and BitSight Technologies Inc. The Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan-Definity Financial Corporation deal and the Moody's Corp-BitSight Technologies Inc deal were valued at $363.1 million and $250.0 million, respectively. The fourth-largest deal was between Global Emerging Markets Digital Limited-CITIC Capital Acquisition Corp valued at $125.0 million, whereas the deal between Redstart Labs; The Goldman Sachs Group Inc-Wso2 Inc valued at $93.0 million was the fifth-largest deal.
