The second-largest deal was between Electric Capital; FTX Trading Ltd; Kingsway Capital LLP; New York Digital Investment Group LLC; Paradigm Ventures; Ribbit Capital, L.P. and Genesis Digital Assets Limited, while the third-largest deal was between American Express Ventures; Blumberg Capital LLC; Citi Ventures Inc; Mouro Capital LP; TCMI Inc and Trulioo Information Services Inc. The Electric Capital; FTX Trading Ltd; Kingsway Capital LLP; New York Digital Investment Group LLC; Paradigm Ventures; Ribbit Capital, L.P.-Genesis Digital Assets Limited deal and the American Express Ventures; Blumberg Capital LLC; Citi Ventures Inc; Mouro Capital LP; TCMI Inc-Trulioo Information Services Inc deal were valued at $431.0 million and $394.0 million, respectively. The fourth-largest deal was between Alameda Research; Andreessen Horowitz LLC; Apollo Global Management Inc; BlackRock Inc; Blockchain Capital LLC; Delta Blockchain Fund; Dragonfly Capital LLC; Elad Gil; FTX Ventures; GIC Pte Ltd; GoldenTree Asset Management, LP; Innovius Capital; KKR & Co Inc; Kraken Ventures; Lux Capital; PayPal Ventures; Republic Capital Group; Senator Investment Group LP; Standard Investments; The Goldman Sachs Group Inc; Thoma Bravo LP; Tiger Global Management LLC; Wellington Management Company LLP-Anchorage Hold LLC; Near Protocol valued at $350.0 million, whereas the deal between 9Yards Capital; New Enterprise Associates Inc; Ribbit Capital, L.P.; Sequoia Capital LLP; Unusual Ventures-Robinhood Financial LLC valued at $280.0 million was the fifth-largest deal.
Cumulatively, the top five deals amounted to $2,225.0 million and accounted for nearly 33.07% of the total deals (by value) announced during the last twelve months. The North America region accounted for 43.35% of the total Private Equity/Venture Financing deals done globally, and accounted for 45.54% of the total deal size on a global scale.
