On the other hand, the month of June 2021 was the most prolific in terms of deal volume, recording a total of 11 deals, resulting in an average deal value of $180.9 million during that month.
Of the 52 deals, the deal secured between R Green Invest SAS and NW Groupe, was the largest Equity Offering deal in the France, which was valued at $316.6 million and was completed on June 29, 2022. The second-largest deal was between HAL Holding N.V. and Technip Energies NV, while the third-largest deal was between Searchlight Capital Partners LP and Latecoere SA. The HAL Holding N.V.-Technip Energies NV deal and the Searchlight Capital Partners LP-Latecoere SA deal were valued at $231.0 million and $228.9 million, respectively. The fourth-largest deal was between Baker Bros Advisors LP; Bpifrance Participations SA; Braidwell; Fairmount Partners LP; RA Capital Management LP; Venrock Healthcare Capital Partners LP; Vivo Capital LLC-DBV Technologies SA valued at $193.8 million, whereas the deal between Pfizer Inc-Valneva SE valued at $95.0 million was the fifth-largest deal.
Cumulatively, the top five deals amounted to $1,065.4 million and accounted for nearly 10.31% of the total deals (by value) announced during the last twelve months.
