The fourth-largest deal was between Abu Dhabi Investment Authority; Advent International Corp; Canada Pension Plan Investment Board; Crosspoint Capital Partners, LP; GIC Pte Ltd; Permira Advisers L.L.C.-McAfee Corp valued at $14,000.0 million, whereas the deal between DigitalBridge Group Inc; IFM Investors Pty Ltd-Switch Inc valued at $11,000.0 million was the fifth-largest deal.
Cumulatively, the top five deals amounted to $72,500.0 million and accounted for nearly 13.54% of the total deals (by value) announced during the last twelve months. The North America region accounted for 60.46% of the total Private Equity/Venture Financing deals done globally, and accounted for 0.60% of the total deal size on a global scale.
