The second-largest deal was between Telus Corp and LifeWorks Inc, while the third-largest deal was between Quebecor Inc and Freedom Mobile Inc. The Telus Corp-LifeWorks Inc deal and the Quebecor Inc-Freedom Mobile Inc deal were valued at $2,241.3 million and $2,205.5 million, respectively. The fourth-largest deal was between Penn National Gaming Inc-Score Media and Gaming Inc valued at $2,000.0 million, whereas the deal between GSK plc-Sierra Oncology Inc valued at $1,900.0 million was the fifth-largest deal.
Cumulatively, the top five deals amounted to $10,606.8 million and accounted for nearly 62.52% of the total deals (by value) announced during the last twelve months.
