The fourth-largest deal was between Eldridge Industries LLC; Maverix Private Equity-Viral Nation Inc valued at $197.8 million, whereas the deal between Caisse de depot et placement du Quebec; Generation Investment Management LLP; iNovia Capital; Investissement Quebec Inc; Klass Capital Corp-AlayaCare Inc valued at $182.0 million was the fifth-largest deal.
Cumulatively, the top five deals amounted to $1,199.9 million and accounted for nearly 55.24% of the total deals (by value) announced during the last twelve months.
