The fourth-largest deal was between Honor Ventures; KAR Global Inc-Canada Drives Ltd valued at $79.4 million, whereas the deal between Breyer Capital; Diagram Ventures; Marc Alloul; Michael Paulus; Michael Rowell; Portage Venture Partners-nesto Inc. valued at $76.0 million was the fifth-largest deal.

  • Cumulatively, the top five deals amounted to $804.2 million and accounted for nearly 62.60% of the total deals (by value) announced during the last twelve months.
