The number of active Cloud related job postings in the Global Travel & Tourism (Travel Services) Sector decreased by 5.23% MoM, and decreased by 11.34% since October 2023, reaching 1,087 active job postings in January 2024
A total of 304 new Cloud related jobs were posted in January 2024, witnessing an increase of 6.67% as compared to the previous month. On the other hand, 364 jobs were closed in the same month implying that companies took out 17.04% more jobs than the month earlier. For the period from October 2023 to January 2024, the number of new Cloud related jobs posted decreased by 24.94% and the number of Cloud related jobs closed decreased by 34.88%.
In terms of Compound Monthly Growth Rate (CMGR) between October 2023 and January 2024, the number of new Cloud related jobs posted observed a negative growth rate of 9.12%, the number of active Cloud related job postings observed a negative growth rate of 3.93% and the number of Cloud related jobs closed observed a negative growth rate of 13.32%. Between October 2023 and January 2024, the average number of Cloud related jobs posted stood at 336, number of Cloud related jobs closed stood at 409 and number of active Cloud related jobs stood at 1,158.
