The second-largest deal was between Thoma Bravo LP and SailPoint Technologies Holdings Inc, while the third-largest deal was between KKR & Co Inc and Barracuda Networks Inc. The Thoma Bravo LP-SailPoint Technologies Holdings Inc deal and the KKR & Co Inc-Barracuda Networks Inc deal were valued at $6,900.0 million and $4,000.0 million, respectively. Cumulatively, the top five deals amounted to $27,880.0 million and accounted for nearly 56.35% of the total deals (by value) announced during the last twelve months.
