The Soma Mine is owned by Turkiye Komur Isletmeleri Kurumu. The second largest underground mine with an estimated 6.51 mmtpa of ROM, was the TavSanli Mine located in Kutahya. The TavSanli Mine is owned by Turkiye Komur Isletmeleri Kurumu.
