The fourth-largest deal was between Ali Niknam; Pollen Street Capital-bunq BV valued at $228.0 million, whereas the deal between 468 Capital; Atomico Angel Fund; BroadLight Capital Management, LLC; Burda Digital Ventures GmbH; Lewis Hamilton; Lightspeed Management Company, L.L.C; Vorwerk Ventures-Zapp valued at $200.0 million was the fifth-largest deal.
Cumulatively, the top five deals amounted to $2,749.7 million and accounted for nearly 77.97% of the total deals (by value) announced during the last twelve months. The Europe region accounted for 56.80% of the total Private Equity/Venture Financing deals done globally, and accounted for 28.89% of the total deal size on a global scale.
