Mr. Onkar S. Kanwar has been the Chairman of the company since February 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman and Managing Director of the company. Mr. Kanwar also served as the Managing Director of BST Manufacturing Ltd. He joined the company in 1988.

Mr. Sunam Sarkar has been the Chief Business Officer of the company since November 2014, President and Director since 2004. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer in 2009. Mr. Sarkar joined the company as the Head of Marketing for Non-Truck Tires in 1999. Earlier, he also served as a Management Trainee at Genelec India and General Manager of a business unit at Modi Xerox.

Mr. Gaurav Kumar has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2010. Prior to this, he served as the Head of Corporate Strategy and Finance of the company, and Head of Corporate Strategy in 2004. Mr. Kumar also served as the Executive Assistant to the Managing Director of Acquisitions & Alliances of IT Giant and began his career as a Management Trainee at UB Group in 1993.

Mr. Daniele Lorenzetti has been the Chief Technology Officer of the company since October 2016. Prior to this, he served in various roles including Product Director in Industrial Division and Passenger Vehicle Tyres at Pirelli Tyres. Mr. Lorenzetti also served at Trelleborg Wheel Systems SPA as Vice President of Research and Development for Agro, Forestry and Industrial Tyres Division.

Mr. Yoichi Sato has been the Chief Quality and Safety Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Director of Business Quality at SWOT Management Solutions Private Limited. Mr. Sato also served as the Vice President and Officer of Quality at Bridgestone; General Manager in the PCR and OHT unit; and Director of Quality in Bridgestone Americas. He started his career at Passenger Car and Motorcycle tyre manufacturing facility as a Quality Manager.
