Top 10 Financial Advisors in Power Industry in the World in 2021 by Deal Value
The Goldman Sachs Group Inc, Citigroup Inc, Morgan Stanley, JPMorgan Chase & Co, and Barclays Plc are among the top 5 financial advisors in the power industry in 2021 by deal value. In terms of the geographic split, 6 out of 10 of the world’s top 10 financial advisors in the power industry are headquartered in North America, while the remaining 4 are based in Europe. They employed a total of 1,342,275 people in 2021. Bouygues SA-Equans deal was one of the major deals in the power sector in 2021. Greenhill & Co, Credit Agricole CIB acted as financial advisors, while Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier and Flichy Grange acted as legal advisors. Credit Suisse acted as the exclusive financial advisor to a consortium of certain Tritium Holdings Pty Ltd shareholders in connection with the business combination, and JPMorgan and Citigroup acted as financial advisors to DCRN. Tritium Pty Ltd., an electric vehicle charging infrastructure company, has completed its business combination with Decarbonization Plus Acquisition Corp II (DCRN), a publicly traded special purpose acquisition company. The deal was completed in Q1 2022.
