Central Puerto SA (Central Puerto) a subsidiary of Sociedad Argentina de Energía S.A., is engaged in the generation, transmission and distribution of electricity. It makes investments in the national and international energy markets. Central Puerto generates power through conventional and renewable technologies including hydro power. It also has power generation assets such as combined cycle, gas turbine, co-generation, steam turbine, hydroelectric, and wind turbines. The company generates electric power from renewable energy sources through its CP Renovables S.A. and supplies large users of electric power of over 300KW (power) with its Energia Plus service. Central Puerto is headquartered in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
