PBF Energy Inc (PBF Energy) is an independent oil refining company. It owns and operates crude oil refineries and related facilities in the US. Its refining assets include Delaware City refinery, Paulsboro refinery, Toledo refinery, Chalmette refinery and Torrance refinery. The company supplies unbranded transportation fuels, lubricant base oils, petrochemical feedstock, heating oil and other petroleum-based products. Its refineries have access to waterborne cargoes and distribution network of pipelines, barges and tankers, trucks and rail. The company sells its products through short-term contracts or on the spot market throughout the Northeast, Midwest, Gulf Coast and West Coast and other regions in the US and Canada. PBF Energy is headquartered in Parsippany, New Jersey, the US.
