Mr. Vikram S. Pandit has been the Chairman of the company since 2022. He also serves as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at The Orogen Group. Prior to this, he also served as Chairman of TGG Group from February 2014 to June 2016. From December 2007 to October 2012, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Citigroup Inc. Previously, he served as Director of Citigroup Inc. from December 2007 – October 2012; Fair Square Financial Holdings 2017 to 2021; Overseers of Columbia Business School. He serves as Director of Westcor Land Title Insurance Company from 2020 and JM Financial Credit Solutions Ltd from 2014.

Mr. Rohit Kapoor has been the Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2012. Prior to this, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer from 2008 to 2012 and Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operations Officer at the company from 2000 to 2008. Previously, Mr. Kapoor served as the Business Head of Deutsche Bank from 1999 to 2000. He also served in various capacities at Bank of America in the US and Asia, including India from 1991 to 2000. Mr. Kapoor serves on the Boards of CA Technologies.

Mr. Maurizio Nicolelli has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since January 2020. Prior to this, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Casa Systems. Earlier, he served as the Senior Vice President, Principal and Chief Financial Officer at FactSet Research Systems.

Mr. Baljinder Singh is the Executive Vice President, Chief Information Officer and Head of Digital Transformation of the company. Previously, he served in various leadership roles of Business, Technology, Transformation, Digital and Product Development.

Ms. Pamela Harrison has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of the company since June 2023. Prior to this, she served as the Executive Vice President of Human Resources of Genworth Financial. Previously, she served in a leadership roles at Latham & Watkins LLC.
