Mr. Frank J. Bisignano has been the Chairman of the company since 2022. He also serves as the Chief Executive Officer and President of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of the Company from 2019 to 2020. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of First Data Corp from 2013 to 2019 and as Chairman from 2014 to 2019. He also served as the Co-Chief Operating Officer, Chief Executive Officer of Mortgage Banking, Chief Administrative Officer, and Various Executive Positions at JPMorgan Chase & Co. Earlier he served as the Chief Executive Officer at Citigroup Inc.

Mr. Christopher M. Foskett has been the Vice Chairman of the company since 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Revenue Officer of the company. Earlier he served as the Executive Vice President of Global Sales of the company. Previously, he served as a Head of Corporate and Business Development, Executive Vice President, and Co-Head of Global Financial Solutions at First Data Corporation. He also served as the Managing Director, Head of North American Treasury Services, and Global Head of Sales for Treasury Services at JPMorgan Chase & Co. He held 18 years at Citigroup in various roles, including Head of Global Sales for Transaction Services, Global Head of Mergers and Acquisitions and Global Head of the Financial Institutions Group in the Corporate Bank. He also served as the Chairman of Allied Irish Bank Merchant Services and serves as a Director of Finxact, Apiture and Verisk Analytics.

Mr. Robert W. Hau has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2016. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of TE Connectivity Ltd. Previously, he served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Lennox International Inc. He also served as the Chief Financial Officer of Honeywell International Inc's Aerospace Business Group, Specialty Materials Business Group and Aerospace Electronic Systems Unit.

Mr. Guy Chiarello has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Administrative Officer of the company. Previously, he served as the President of First Data Corp from 2013 to 2019 and Chief Information Officer of JPMorgan Chase & Co from 2008 to 2013. Mr. Chiarello served in various technology roles at Morgan Stanley from 1985 to 2008.

Ms. Leigh Asher has been the Chief Marketing Officer of the company. Previously, she joined Fiserv as part of its acquisition of CheckFree Corporation. Earlier she served in various leadership positions at Per-Se Technologies and Dun & Bradstreet Software.
