Ms. Josephine Linden has been serving as the Chairman of the company since 2014. Previously, she served as the Director of Trine II Acquisition Corp. since February 2021. Ms. Linden has also served as the Director of E&P Financial Group Limited and Trine Acquisition Corp. She also served as the Director of Sears Hometown and Outlet Stores, Inc. from October 2012 to October 2019. Ms. Linden served as the Adjunct Professor of the Finance department of Columbia Business School from 2010 to 2011. Ms. Linden is also serving as the principal, co-founder and managing member of Linden Global Strategies LLC.

Mr. Andrew McLean has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as a Board Member at GhostRetail. Previously, he served as a Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer at AEO.

Mr. Bernard McCracken has been the Chief Financial Office of the company since September 2023. Prior to this he served as a Interim Chief Financial Officer and as its Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of the company. Previously he served leadership roles at The Children’s Place, Inc., Footstar, Inc., Deloitte & Touche LLP, The Leslie Fay Companies, Inc. and Loehmann’s Inc.

Mr. Scott Heise serves as the Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President of the company.. Prior to joining the company, he served as the IT Vice President of Application Engineering at Best Buy Corporation.

Ms. Chieh Tsai serves as the Chief Product Officer and Executive Vice President of the company.. Prior to this, she served in several leadership roles including Director of Design for CK / Calvin Klein and the Senior Designer of Nine West.
