Parsley Energy Inc: Executives

Mr. Bryan Sheffield has been the Chairman at Parsley Energy Inc since January 2019. He established the company in 2008. Previously, he worked at Pioneer Natural Resources Company, an oil and gas exploration and production company (“Pioneer”), where he accumulated operational expertise and deep knowledge of the Midland Basin resource base and operator landscape.

Mr Matt Gallagher serves as the Chief Executive Officer, President and Director at Parsley Energy Inc since January 2019. Previously, he served as the Company’s President and Chief Operating Officer from January 2017 until October 2018. Prior to this, he held variety of engineering roles with Pioneer, including Hugoton Reservoir Engineer, Gulf of Mexico Shelf Reservoir Engineer and Spraberry Production and Operations Engineer.

Mr. Ryan Dalton has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at Parsley Energy Inc since January 2017. He joined the company in 2012. Previously, he worked in the restructuring and debt advisory practice of Rothschild, an investment bank and financial advisory firm.

Mr. David Dell'Osso serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President at Parsley Energy Inc since October 2018. Previously, he worked for 13 years with Southwestern Energy Company, a natural gas exploration and production company.
