Seven Generations Energy Ltd: Executives

Mr. Marty Proctor has been the President, Director and Chief Executive Officer of 7G since July 2017. Prior to this, he was the President and Chief Operating Officer of the company. Mr. Proctor was the Chief Operating Officer of Baytex Energy from January 2009 to May 2014; Senior Vice President of Statoil Hydro Canada; Senior Vice President of North American Oil Sands Corporation; and Vice President of Murphy Oil Company. He held several management and technical positions at Maxx Petroleum, Central Resources, BP Resources Canada and Husky Oil. Mr. Marty is a member of APEGA, the Canadian Heavy Oil Association and the Society of Petroleum Engineers.

Mr. Derek Aylesworth has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since March 2018. Prior to 7G, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Painted Pony Energy Ltd from August 2018 to March 2018. Prior to this, he served as Chief Financial Officer at Baytex Energy Ltd November 2005 to June 2014. Mr. Aylesworth also held various senior management and financial positions in international business units of Encana Corporation. He began his career with Ernst & Young.

Mr. David Holt has been Chief Operating Officer of 7G since May 2018. Prior to this, he held various positions at Canadian Natural Resources Limited, beginning in 1997, and most recently Vice President, Production, West and Central from 2013 to 2018.

Ms. Karen Nielsen has been Chief Development Officer of the company since June 2019. Prior to this, she was Senior Vice President and General Manager at ATCO Group. Prior to ATCO, Ms. Nielsen held technical and executive roles with E&P companies in Calgary, including ARC Resources and Birchcliff Energy.

Mr. Mark Monroe has been Chairman of the Board Of Directors of 7G since January 2019. Prior to this, he served as Director, President, and Chief Operation Officer of Continental Resources Inc. Prior to Continental, He was Chief Financial Officer of Bogert Oil Company. Mr. Monroe served as Chairman of Oklahoma Independent Petroleum Association. He also served on the Boards of Rose Rock Midstream GP, LLC and Unit Corporation.
