IBM, Wipro, and Genpact are among the leading IT services companies in the conversational platforms theme, according to the latest Thematic Scorecard for the IT services sector from GlobalData.
Conversational platforms are tools that employ a variety of technologies – including speech recognition, natural language processing (NLP), contextual awareness and machine learning – to enable human-like interaction with computer systems.
All three companies gained a Thematic score of 4 out of 5 for the conversational platform in GlobalData’s Thematic Scorecard for the IT services sector. A Thematic score of 4 out of 5 indicates that the company’s competitive position in this theme will improve its future performance.
Also identified as leading players in this theme are Infosys, TCS, HCL Technologies, and Tech Mahindra.
