MAGRABi Retail Group sees double-digit growth, online sales surge

In a transformative debut year, the group surpasses Middle East luxury retail sector expectations.

MAGRABi Retail Group, a prominent eyewear retailer in the Middle East, has reported significant growth in sales and a remarkable surge in online sales.

The company's latest financial update reveals a 15% increase in company-wide sales compared to the previous financial year, with notable growth across its various banners.

Steady growth across the board

Under the MAGRABi banner, the company experienced a 5% year-on-year increase while its lifestyle banner, Doctor M, witnessed an impressive surge of 30% in like-for-like sales.

This growth, particularly evident following a successful campaign in May 2023, has positioned MAGRABi Retail Group as a leader in the eyewear sector, outperforming industry expectations.

Online sales propel forward

One of the most significant highlights of the report is the staggering 225% growth in online sales.

This remarkable surge has been attributed to several factors, including the expansion of market reach, accelerated delivery times - with the introduction of same-day delivery, and improved customer experience features such as virtual try-on services.

As a result, the group is now eyeing further market expansion in 2024, with plans to roll out shipping services to Qatar, Egypt, and Kuwait.

Continued investment initiatives

MAGRABi Retail Group's success can be attributed to its continued investment initiatives aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and market reach.

By investing in swift delivery mechanisms, expanding its market presence, and incorporating innovative customer service features, the group has solidified its position as the Middle East's fastest-growing eyewear retailer.

The company remains optimistic about its future prospects and is committed to maintaining its growth trajectory while continuing to meet the evolving needs of its customers in the region.
