Walmart.com partners with Bryant for expanded HVAC offerings
The partnership aims to enhance home improvement shopping by merging Walmart.com's platform with Bryant's HVAC solutions.
Walmart.com, one of the largest online retailers in the US, has announced a strategic partnership with Bryant Heating & Cooling dealers to enhance its heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) offerings for its vast customer base.
This collaboration aims to provide Walmart.com's 120 million weekly online customers with access to a wider range of HVAC solutions.
Direct access to Bryant's HVAC solutions
Through this partnership, Walmart.com shoppers will now have direct access to Bryant’s acclaimed HVAC solutions and skilled technicians.
Bryant, recognised as one of the 'Best HVAC Companies' by U.S. News & World Report, will offer customers a selection of energy-efficient ducted and ductless HVAC systems.
Additionally, customers can benefit from the latest digitally enabled life cycle solutions provided by participating Bryant dealers.
Bryant operates under Carrier Global Corporation, a leading provider of intelligent climate and energy solutions worldwide.
Enhanced shopping experience for homeowners
Customers seeking HVAC solutions on Walmart.com will now be directed to a dedicated Bryant landing page in select markets.
This integration aims to facilitate connections between local Bryant dealers and Walmart customers in need of HVAC services.
To incentivise purchases, customers buying through this platform will receive an instant 5% discount at the point of sale, along with convenient financing options and a ten-year warranty.
Expansion plans and customer commitment
The collaboration between Walmart.com and Bryant Heating & Cooling is set to expand gradually, with a national rollout scheduled for 2025.
This partnership reflects Walmart's ongoing efforts to enhance its online shopping experience and provide customers with a diverse range of essential services.
